From reception, with a friendly and bright welcome to an amazing bar team!!! I cannot complement you all enough!
Alison in housekeeping was Irish hospitality personified! Lesley in the bar crew was so wonderful to talk to and so helpful with any questions we asked. Darren in the bar went above and beyond to make my dad and I feel welcome and really made us feel like special guests too.
You have a fab team and too many to name but overall, you're wonderful!
Only thing I would suggest would be to have some double glazing fitted so all the rooms are a little quieter. But really didn't ruin our trip at all.
